White Horse Environmental is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals.
Our clients have been residential and commercial property owners, alike. Many homeowners and property managers have become aware of the dangers of mold and asbestos in their homes and buildings. Mold can be a health hazard for many people. We can help you determine the source of moisture intrusion, the extent of the damage, and will then write a protocol for a licensed mold remediation company to follow during removal of the mold.
Asbestos, when it becomes airborne, can also be a serious health hazard. Although individual homes are not regulated for asbestos testing and removal, it is a good idea for homeowners to know what they are dealing with before they begin any type of renovation. Commercial buildings, on the other hand, are regulated by EPA, OSHA, and the Texas Department of State Health Services. We have performed asbestos surveys in high- and low-rise buildings, retail malls and strip centers, major airports, public and private schools, and apartment complexes. We have also written Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Programs for commercial clients and schools K-12. In Texas, not only is asbestos activity regulated, proof of an asbestos survey is required by all city municipalities before a building permit will be issued.
Communication is paramount throughout a project. We walk you through the process and listen carefully to your concerns. Health and safety are foremost in our minds and actions. We treat you the way we would like to be treated.
